Overview

Brickfeed is operated by Zanello Studios as a community platform exclusively for original LEGO content. The service prohibits off-topic material, stock photography, and unlicensed content.

Eligibility & Accounts

Users must be at least 13 years old. Account holders are responsible for the security of their credentials and may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to evade suspensions.

Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their posts while granting Zanello Studios a non-exclusive license to display and distribute content for platform operations.

Prohibited Content

The platform removes material that violates laws, infringes rights, or contains harassment, explicit content, impersonation, spam, or misinformation.

Moderation & Appeals

Brickfeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, edit, remove, restrict, or deactivate any content, account, group, listing, or other item on the platform at any time, for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law. Where practical, a removal will trigger an in-app notification after the fact; repeated violations lead to suspension or deletion. Users may dispute removals by contacting brickfeedapp@gmail.com.

Community Features

• Groups — Admin-moderated communities with independent rules. Groups may include Discord-style channels for chat, member-selected roles, feeds, LEGO Search, Brick Scan, and moderator-built forms, each with its own visibility and posting permissions set by that group's moderators.
• Marketplace — Peer-to-peer sales with no platform involvement in transactions.
• Build Challenges — Community voting competitions with optional prizes.
• Studs — Ephemeral photo/video posts visible for 24 hours. Users may save Studs into permanent Highlight collections on their profile.
• Build Logs — Organized collections of posts that document a build project over time, visible on a user's profile.
• Collection — Users may log their personal LEGO set collection, tracking sets owned, built, and wanted. Collection data is optionally visible on a user's profile.

Subscriptions

Three monthly badge tiers ($2.99–$9.99) renew automatically through the app store you subscribed with — Apple's App Store on iOS or the Google Play Store on Android — and can be managed in iOS Settings or the Google Play app, respectively.

Clutch Points & Giveaways

• Clutch Points — Clutch Points are a virtual, in-app currency earned for free through participation, such as posting, commenting, liking, and chatting. No purchase is necessary to earn or spend them.
• No cash value — Clutch Points have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or gifted for money, or redeemed for cash.
• Giveaways — Giveaways are prize drawings entered by spending Clutch Points on entries. More entries improve your odds of winning but never guarantee a win.
• Winner selection — Winners are selected by random drawing, weighted only by the number of entries, which runs automatically when a giveaway's timer ends.
• Claiming a prize — Winners claim their prize only through the dedicated in-app claim form — never by email or direct message — by submitting a shipping name, address, and optional phone number. Brickfeed covers shipping on all prizes.
• Claim deadline — Winners have 14 days to submit their shipping information, or the prize may be forfeited.
• Address changes — A winner can edit their submitted shipping information until the prize is marked as shipped, after which it is locked.
• Prize condition — Prizes may be used or pre-owned and are provided as-is. Condition is noted in the giveaway when it matters.
• Results are final — All giveaway results are final. Prizes cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
• Fraud & changes — Brickfeed may disqualify entries or revoke Clutch Points for fraud or abuse, including fake accounts, multiple accounts, or point farming, and may modify or discontinue Clutch Points or Giveaways at any time.

Legal Framework

Governed by Nevada law; disputes resolved in Clark County courts. Liability is capped at $100.
